AMCA Nationals are run by the Australian Motor Contest Association and they have been raced in Australia since the 1980's. The cars are basically what we would know as Dirt Modified cars. The difference is that the cars must have the front clip of an HQ-HZ Holden (a genuine one not a replica). They run a 253ci Holden V8 engine and use methanol fuel. The cars are loud and fast and fields are always full so the racing is always amazing. Our spectators love their AMCA racing.
